Asher and Archer is Primarily a made to order brand, we build our seasonless collections balancing modern design, fine craftsmanship and transparent onsite manufacturing. Asher and Archer was launched in January 2021 and founded by Anneliese Bridgman. Anneliese is an Australian fashion designer passionate about sustainable fashion. Early in her career as a new fashion graduate, she had the opportunity to work and live in Paris, France. Through an internship with Australian born designer Martin Grant, she immersed herself in the world of fashion icons of the 20th century; Chanel, Dior, Balenciaga, Givenchy to name a few. Upon returning to Australia, she became inspired by traditional couture dressmaking techniques, and how these could be incorporated into contemporary design. 

Her designs have been featured as part of Australian Fashion Week, New York Bridal Fashion Week and Melbourne Fashion Week on multiple occasions.

Also as the founder of Creation Collective Co, a small-scale Melbourne based design and production studio, Anneliese's mission extends to fostering new talent and driving creative direction for established and start-up fashion labels. Leveraging expertise indesign, brand development and social media marketing, her work is characterised by a commitment to sustainable practices and the nurturing of global relationships that resonate with an ethos of mindful production and ethical sourcing.
