  • When is the event?

    The FASH LAB pop up will be open from the 23rd of October to the 27th of October. The Melbourne Made makers lane runway will run on the 23rd of October at 6:00pm. Designers will need to be available to attend key organisational events in the lead up to the presentation.

  • How can I become part of this event?

    There will be an application process which we will go over on the information night. You will also have the opportunity to apply directly on the information night.

  • How many designers will be part of the runway?

    There are positions for 12 designers to participate in the runway with 3-4 runway looks. There will be a selection process to confirm what designers will be part of the final presentation.

  • As a designer in the runway, do I need to provide my own models?

    No, the participation package includes models of all genders and different body shapes. We will work with you to curate the best selection for your presentation.

  • What is the cost to participate?

    We will be providing specific cost information and what is included with the different participation options on the designer information night. Info Event Night

  • I can't attend the night, but I'm interested! Can I still apply?

    Yes, if you cannot apply please still RSVP to the event and we will send you the information directly to your email. If you would like to move forward with the application we will make a time for you to connect with one of the Melbourne Made team members via a phone call.

  • My collections are made off-shore can I still be part of the event?

    This is an event to support local industry. Anything that is presented on the runway or in the FashLab popup boutique will need to be Made in Australia.

  • How many designers will be part of the Fash Lab pop up boutique?

    There are spaces for 12 designers to participate in the pop-ups, subject to some movement depending on individual needs of participants.
